I have something to share if your thinking about owning a website, i know there's a lot of web hosting and softwares out there promising you with a good service. it's hard to find a real good website hosting service and sometimes it makes you confused! Actually it wasn't so hard to pick one if you KNOW about MAKING a WEBSITE or the principle of it. Ever heard of HTML? CSS? WYSIWYG Software (What You See Is What You Get)? Me myself was blown out about learning the essential of making a website!
To design an html web page you have three options:
a. You can use a web page editor like Microsoft FrontPage to create web pages. It works exactly
like Microsoft word (a complicated editor program used for creating and editing book, letter etc
pages.) You just type text, insert graphics and finally save your document as an html web page.
Word 2000 itself.
b. You have to learn html codes and write html pages in a simple text editor.
If you can save your existing documents as html pages.
c. You can use many website hosting website builder where you can also get a free domains!
I would choose the THIRD OPTION as my experience on using website hosting website builder was really good. they offers a DRAG & DROP editor which i find VERY EASY TO USE especially for a BEGINNER.
